Alexandru POTECA (b. 1977, Zavoaia, Braila) sculptor. In 2000 he graduated from the National University of Arts Bucharest, sculpture department. Between 2002 - 2003 he attended master courses of the National University of Arts Bucharest and between 2003 - 2005 courses of the Institute of Art of the University of Visha-Bharati, Shantiniketan, India. He has had numerous personal and group exhibitions both in the country and abroad getting himself noticed by an impressive exhibition activity in India. Works of the artist can be found in public and private collections in India, Romania, USA.
