Iulian VIRTOPEANU(born 1966, Bucuresti), ceramic artist. In 1999 graduated from the Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design part of Bucharest National University of Arts. Since 2000 he has been a member of Romanian Union of Visual Artists and he is a member of The Artists' International Association (AIA). artworks has been exhibited in group and personal exhibitions in Bucharest and Cluj.
