Carmen Ileana PARASCHIVESCU (b. Bucharest), visual artist specialized in graphic arts. She graduated from the Academy of Arts Bucharest, graphic arts department. Since 1996 she is a member of the Romanian Artists Union. Awards: 1994 - First prize awarded by Rompress Filatelia; 1996 - 2nd Prize for Engraving awarded by the Dominus Foundation; 1997 - 1st Prize for Engraving awarded by Dominus Foundation; 1997 - Youth Award granted by the Romanian Artists Union; 1998 - 3rd Prize for Engraving awarded by the Romanian Artists Union; 2003 - 3rd prize for graphics awarded by the Romanian Artists Union within the National Art Salon Bucharest; 2003 - 2nd Prize for Graphics awarded by the Romanian Artists Union within the National Art Salon Bucharest.
